Central Board of Secondary Eductaion would declare the class 12th results in the 3rd week of May or earlier where million of student appeared in the examinations earlier in the month of March and during of all the streams.
It is difficult to say whether class 10th results would be declared first or class 12th as usually class XII results come first however last year class X results came earlier.
Students would be able to check the CBSE class 12th results 2013 in the 3rd week of may on the official results portal of CBSE on the direct link provided here below:

Results can also be checked via SMS and IVR. Dial 011-24357276 to check results via IVR where as SMS details would be updated couple of days before the result.
